Smokey Joe's Cafe - Parent Volunteers!
We need your help! If you are interested in helping out in any way, please let us know! We have attached a letter below that outlines every area in which we are looking for help at this moment. If you are interested in helping in any of these areas, please fill out the attached form and send it in with your child to their next rehearsal. You can also email Mrs. Wentworth at:

We would love to have some more help in those areas! Can we get your phone number? We will make sure that you are a part of the committees to arrange for the dress rehearsal dinners the week of the show and for making things for the bake sale the nights of the actual shows.

I know your comming up on dress rehearsals and will need someone to bring dinner....just wanted to let you know that I am available to help out any day you might need me except tuesday! just let me know!
Parent Volunteers
We will definitely be needing parent volunteers at various points throughout the production. I will be posting information on this page about what we will need help with when, including (but not limited to):
- Set construction & painting
- Selling 50/50 tickets and Bake Sale items at the shows
- Bake sale items
- Help sewing costumes
- Providing food dinner during the dress rehearsal week where they will have to stay through, and stay late

There will be an informational meeting on 2/9 at 7pm if you are interested in learning more about the show, how your students will be involved and how you can help it be a success!
