Summer Volleyball Conditioning Program
***This is NOT a tryout, tryouts are on Aug. 8, 2011***
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (may sublect to change due to gym availability)
***LAST DAY 7/28/11)***
Times: 4:15-6:30pm
Locations: Boys gym, Weight room, & Football field.
Bring: Running shoes, vball shoes & kneepads (if you have some), water, sunscreen, meds/snacks if need be for health reasons.
Be ready ready with...: Hair pulled away from face, all gear on (ready to go).
Please: Let me know in advance about any medical conditions, NO jewelery, NO midriffs/bottoms showing, NO jeans.
Please register on AAU.ORG & purchase a membership for $14, our code # is XTBXX4, and bring a printed card for us to keep. You will NOT be able to participate w/out this paperwork turned in.
