I would like to take this time to thank Amanda Watson for setting such a good example of what a state queen should be over the past year.  It has been my pleasure to know her, and my honor to succeed her as Miss Garner!  Good luck Amanda, you are loved and respected for you big heart and hard work over the past year.  I will always remember you!

Fired up and ready to go!!

Only days until all the Miss NC contestants come together at Peace to prepare for the 2009 competition!  I am so excited about this year.  Our first practice was on the 11th and is was great seeing all the other girls and teens again.  I'm not going to tell you about "what I know" so far about the production...let's just say, this is a pageant you should not miss.  Remember, I have support buttons for sale and all proceeds go to the Children's Miracle Network and the American Heart Association.  Email us at momothree@aol.com, or Harold at HRGarner@hotmail.com if you want one.  The cost is $5.00.  We will reserve you a button for pick up at the pageant.

The Miss Garner Wardorbe Showing is taking place on June 7, 2009.  I am finishing up now on Maddy's and my Carolina Princess wardrobe, and also on my "Fashion Forward" opening number clothing.
