Welcome

Dear Parents,

Welcome to our classroom. We are a 4th grade class at Capital Christian School in Sacramento, California. You may visit our school web site at Capital Christian School. 

Well, we are here - our LAST week of school! Here it is our last week, and I am home SICK! No fear, I am getting to a dr. today to get some meds so I hope to be back tomorrow!

Your kids probably told you - and yes, it's true - I will not be back next year! This class could very well be my last class I teach. Of course, it may not be, too! One never knows the future. But for now, I have been called to principal of Community Christian Schools in Lincoln. I am excited and sad all at the same time. I love my CCS community - and know I will love my new CCS community as well. (Hey - I get to keep the initials! That's a plus!)

Your kids have been amazing and I have loved all year with them. They will truly be remembered and please tell them to keep in touch. I am only an email away!

Thank you for a wonderful year and entrusting your children to my care. I hope you've had a good 4th grade year. Enjoy each moment - the years fly by QUICKLY! (I still remember when my daughter was in 4th grade and next year she will be graduating college!)
