Current Math Objectives

1st: Chapter 9: "Compare Measurements"; We will learn to: Measure lengths, areas and capacities, using nonstandard units such as paper clips; use direct comparison to compare and order objects according to length, weight, temperature, capacity, and area; use strategies and skills to solve problems.

2nd: Chapter 8: "Measure Time and Temperature"; We will learn to: Read a thermometer to gather temperature data; read time to the quarter hour and to five-minute intervals.
