District 6 Councilman Kevin McGrail, our guest speaker

District 6 Councilman Kevin McGrail, our guest speaker, shared his views on the issues confronting the northwest as well as redistricting, scrub jays, the 'utility general obligation bond'  and more. The audience applauded his successful efforts in paving the roads in the Northwest.  As Chairman of the Burnt Store Right-A-Way Committee, he addressed the construction timeline.   Several members accepted the councilman's invitation to discuss their individual concerns after the meeting.
