Five of us have just returned from staying at this amazing duplex. Everything was lovely and clean, the amenities were well maintained and the accommodation was exactly as you see it in the pictures. Marcia was just lovely and could not have done more for us. Brooklyn is a very good alternative to Manhattan, especially with the Subway being just around the corner (literally).
The roof terrace was fabulous and I imagine that in the summer would make a fantastic setting for a few glasses of wine whilst watching the sunset.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be coming back for another visit!

I have been traveling to New York City for years, and never have I been so comfortable! This rental was everything that my friends and I could have asked for. We searched for a hotel room that would acomodate 3 young ladies for weeks! When I came across this rental, I was skeptical at first, being that I have never rented anything besides hotel rooms. I have to say, I'm glad I did! Chris and Marcia and were always there if we needed anything, which was not often because everything was available to us! They were nothing short of amazing and my friends and I had a great time! I would definately recommend this place and we will definately be staying here again!

After searching for a hotel at a decent price in Manhattan for several days and not finding one, I decided to take a chance with this Brooklyn listing. I was pleasantly surprised by this luxurious duplex. It looked exactly like the pictures posted on the website. I did not want for anything. The amenities mentioned in the suite description in addition to the extra surprises 
not mentioned made my stay extremely enjoyable. The city views from the roof deck were breathtaking. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit New York City.
