TAG sharing night
Just a reminder that TAG sharing night is coming up on Friday April 30th. Come for a fun filled night of kids sharing their projects. Make sure that the TAG kids show up at 6:15 in Mrs. Bergman's room.
TAG 3
Currently 3-4th grade TAG are finishing up with their projects. They have been hard at work and are now practicing presenting. 5th grade TAG have been working with robotics. They have created several cool robots that will eventually move forward, backward, and pick things up. The 6th grade TAG are also finishing up powerpoint presentations like 3-4th. Some are finishing and some are just starting. Their goal is to finish by April 24th so they can practice in the small gym before TAG sharing night. Parents should have received a blue letter recently about TAG sharing night. If you did not get one please contact me or have your son or daughter pick up another one. Thanks for all your support parents!
TAG 2
Invent Iowa is getting near, March 2nd. This year 5 students will move onto the regional event in Humbolt Iowa. The t-shirts that we are selling this year were desgined by 4th grade students, Kylee Trimble, Hannah Sorensen, Abbi Ullrich, and Bailey Ullrich. The t-shirts are on sale for 12 dollars, and you can buy them from Mrs. Bergman.
TAG
The Tag kids are hard at work on various projects. The 3/4th graders have been working on research projects and are diving into making powerpoints. The 5th grade class just started a family research project and are learning new and exciting things about their ancestors. Finally the 6th graders are getting together Invent Iowa, and just got done sharing with the elementary kids about it. They have all been setting weekly goals and accomplishing them left and right. What a great group of kids!
