Communicate with every member of the Chapter. This means to extend the same courtesies to members as you would to family and friends.
Greet every member at every meeting. Treat every Sister & Brother attending Chapter as if he/she were an invited guest in your home.
Ask members to take an active role in the Chapter. Find a role for everybody. Make them feel wanted and needed.
Understand the needs of your members. "Know thyself and know thy sisters & brothers."
Get to know your member's families. "Know thyself, know thy sister & brother and know thy Brother & Sister's family."
Have an active widows program. Don't forget your obligation.
Plan your work - work your plan. This is the most important piece of wisdom for all.
Show your appreciation to officers and members. Know how to say "thank you" - and do it often.
