Physical Action

Please visit the ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM to apply for Physical Education programmes.

Physical Action is an essential and integral part of student learning experiences. It makes significant contributions toward the achievement of desirable education and health outcomes through the medium of physical activity, expedition, sports participation and competitive games. Quality physical action programs promote the physical growth and development of students while contributing to their general health and well being. Ultimately, they should help students keep physically fit and enjoy many forms of physical activity during the school years and continuing throughout life. We envision students moving efficiently, enjoying physical activity, developing physical fitness, and pursuing wellness as a part of lifelong learning.
