In order to qualify for a FREE Bridal Gown from Operation Homefront and Alfred Angelo please provide the following:

 

- a current valid military ID (yours or your fiance's)

- your mailing address (where we would mail your gown)

- your contact information (home phone and cell phone)

- your first and second choice of bridal gown (provide style number from picture)

- your gown size (keep in mind the gowns run 1-2 sizes smaller than your normal dress size)

- most important - tell us your story, "Why will an Alfred Angelo wedding gown make your dreams come true"
