Welcome to Loreta J. Velazquez, Chapter 14 ~ The Order of Confederate Rose Website!

We are an independent support group Proudly Supporting the Local Theophilus West, MD SCV Camp #1346.

Each State Society has its own by-laws and standing rules. We are nonprofit, nonracial, nonpolitical and nonsectarian.

We assist the SCV with their historical, educational, benevolent and social functions. Special emphasis is placed on the preservation of Confederate Symbols.  There are few rules and restrictions to stifle the creativity of its members, each Society is free to focus on the activities that are important to its members and local SCV Camps along with supporting their efforts on the state and national levels.

We meet the Third Thursday of each month at 6:00pm at the Harmony Masonic Lodge on Caverns Road in Marianna, Florida.
