TEAM SURVIVOR

Team Survivor Orlando is part of the National Association of Team Survivor which is a national non-profit organization that provides free exercise programs, health education, and support to women with a past or present diagnosis of cancer.

Team Survivor was founded in 1995 as a grassroots program of the Danskin Women’s Triathlon Series. Following the success of survivors in the triathlons, the programs expanded to deliver year-round support and fitness.

Team Survivor Orlando offers programs such as walking and running groups, triathlon training, and dragon boat racing. Our programs combine fun fitness activities with emotional support, and are an important part of the ongoing healing process for women living with cancer. All of our programs are designed to empower women who have had to battle cancer. All of our programs are designed to provide women with the physical and emotional strength that cancer may have stolen from them.
