Den 6 was formed in 2009 with a group of boys who started as Tiger Scouts and attend GISD school district in Garland, TX. Now they are the proud Bears of Pack 1978! About once a week they meet with their den. The Den Leader, the adult in charge of the metings, will be Akela. The Den Leader will help guide them through the exciting Wolf trail that is part of the Cub Scout adventure. They will have fun doing crafts, activities and attending go and sees each month throughout the school year. They will also have fun getting ready for the pack meeting by coming up with skits, songs and den reports. Cub Scouting is fun, and much of that fun starts in their den. Remember - before leaving a den meeting to do three things: 1. Help clean up the room. 2. Be sure to collect all your belongings. 3. Thank Akela (the den leader).
