Attention Football Players!

The first day of practice is not the day to start getting in shape. Use the time you have now to begin your conditioning. If you want to impress your coach with speed, agility, catching ability, etc... Don't show up gassed from your first lap around the field. Look at the weight chart on the FAQ page and see where you fit in. Then start running. Run distance, run sprints, set up some ladders and run your mariachis. You returners know the deal; Karaokis, high knees, gassers, stretches, etc.
