What To Bring To A Cross Country Meet

What should you bring to a meet:

 

 

 

Wear your jersey (with a t-shirt over the top), black shorts, and running shoes

 

 

 

In a small bag you should bring:



  • -labeled water bottle
  • -small nutritional snack
  • -change of clothes (in case of rain)
  • -extra socks
  • -racing shoes (if you have spikes or other shoes to race in)
