The children continue to make amazing progress in Spanish. We learned about the food that is native to the Americas, for example, avocados. chocolate, chiles, and tomatoes. We also sampled corn tortillas with mantequilla (butter).

We are on a school-wide mission to learn our numbers from 1 to 100 in Spanish. Some of the classroom activities include 4 esquinas (4 corners),
number Bingo, and counting by 5's and 10's in Spanish.
