The kids had a blast on their first trip to Disney World over Labor Day weekend!  It was great weather, we rode all the big rides (so excited Andrew was tall enough for them all!!) and enjoyed some family time with Mickey and friends.  It was something we will always remember. 

By the way - the kids didn't know they were going until the morning we left!  And I'm not sure who was more excited - me or the kids:)

We had a great family vacation!  It was wonderful to see the family and to explore the island with everyone.

Well, due to serious computer difficulties, I haven't uploaded any photos since Christmas.  So, I apologize for the large album post (Christmas 08 - April 09).  But we have a 4 year old boy now and a girl who graduated pre-K and thought you wouldn't mind sifting through the highlights.  Hope this finds you all well and enjoying the summer!

OK - so the saying "time flies.." hit hard this past month.  Natalie Anne turned 5 - and all the "baby girl" in her has just about disappeared.  What has taken it's place is a strong-willed, funny and curious little girl who keeps Mike and I entertained (and challenged).  She has started pre-K and now has an opinion on everything.  What's really scary is that Andrew is not far behind her, so the baby boy will fade shortly too:(  Watching them grow is incredible - and every stage is a learning experience for all of us.  So check out the most recent album to see her birthday party and towards the end is Halloween (with a pic of 2 vampires who opted for drinking beer and bourbon instead of blood:)

This summer, Christy and John had a perfect outdoor wedding in San Diego!  It really was perfect - and the whole trip was wonderful.  I am still amazed that Christy found time (because she already had the talent :) to make her dress, the bride's maid dresses, the flower girl dresses, AND the men's ties!  You go Christy!  Our little Natalie was a flower girl for the first time - and was excellent, I might add.  She had expert flower girl guidance from her older cousin Alyssa - who Natalie adores.  John and Christy even had a bbq on the beach the next day for family and friends who came to celebrate their special day - so much fun!  We also got to spend time with the Burton clan - which we always look forward to during our summer trips.  The "Summer 2008" album has wedding pics as well as a few other special moments - such as Natalie's dance recital and 1st day at Pre-K.

This is my first journal entry, so cut me a little slack - I will spruce up the page a little at a time.
