Who are we?

The Pinewood Lake swim team is comprised of children between the ages of 5 and 18 years. Whether you are a beginner or skilled swimmer, you will enjoy swimming with us. Our season begins on Memorial Day weekend and lasts for eight weeks, which includes two weeks of conditioning and 6 weeks of competitions against the 5 other teams in our division of the Northern Virginia Swim League. We end each season with an awards banquet because we are all winners!!
