Sherman Guesthouse is a cottage in the heart of SE Portland near all the fun of Hawthorne and Division Avenues.
Private entrance, private yard, private bath, private full kitchen, washer/dryer,grill 2 tv's and wifi.
Walk to where ever you need to go whether it's out to breakfast, dinner, movies, pubs, nightlife, shopping or whatever.
Terms and conditions:
Once a deposit is received, the guest(s) agree(s) to following terms and conditions.
Single or double occupancy $100 per night. 4 people $125 a night. 6 people $150 a night. One week for 1-2 people $700, 3-4 people $750, 4-6 people $800. Month long stays are $100 a night no matter how many people. Children free. There is no cleaning or laundry service while staying for any length of stay. Fees subject to change without notice. One night minimum. Dogs welcome with deposit $30 per dog.
$100 deposit required that goes toward total fee to hold reservation which is completely non-refundable 1 week prior to reservation. Balance payment is due within 1 week of reservation PRIOR to check in and is completely non refundable.
At this time there are no extra security deposits, cleaning fees, etc.
Payment accepted through Paypal. You don't need an account with them to make payment.
There is no smoking inside the house.
