The Pride FC Soccer & Futsal Club based in Fall River,
Massachusetts with training facilities in the city of Fall River and its surrounding communities welcomes all soccer and futsal enthusiasts to our premier soccer and futsal club.
This is our sixth full year of operation and we have every reason to expect a continuation in the improvement of our players as top quality people and athletes.
It was recently commented by an opposing coach about our Pride FC teams competing at the annual Inter Bandits Cup in Devens, Massachusetts, "that what separated our teams from his were the excellent foot skills". It made all the difference in the outcome of the games, and in our outdoor game altogether. These were the skills developed as a direct result of our Futsal training! THIS IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT AT PRIDE FC! We're are trying to teach our young American athletes, what the great Brazilian players have known for nearly a century now. Simply put, that the greatness starts with futsal at a young age!
Pride FC invites all of the young soccer and futsal players to join us for a full season of soccer and futsal training and competitions. Our club is made up of some of the region's finest and most enthusiastic people. People that are proud to coach, teach, play and show their support to our children who are glad to play with Pride, Pride FC!
The annual Pride FC summer camp will be held August 10-13 ( Monday through Thursday ) 9AM TO 3PM.
The Pride FC Soccer and Futsal camp, arranged in conjunction with New England Futsal, is mandatory for all Pride FC players. It is also open to all local area soccer and futsal enthusiasts. These unique Soccer & Futsal Camp opportunities combine learning and fun.
Full Day Programs (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) for children U6 through U14 & evening programs (5:00 PM to 8:00 PM) for High Schoolers provide our local communities with a quality summer and pre-season activity.
In these programs, players are grouped according to age, size and ability in an atmosphere set to challenge each player to raise their game to new heights. Camp instruction is led by Coach Bill Sampaio, USFF National Director of Coaching. His coaching staff includes Coach Ben Figueiredo. Coach Ben is an Assistant Coach for the men’s soccer team at Roger Williams University. A longtime player and coach in Southeastern Massachusetts, he brings his experience at all levels of soccer.
The Youth Pre-Season Summer camp features a full day program at the private New England Christian Academy Campus with air conditioned indoor facilities and futsal court, an 11 v 11 and 8 v 8 outdoor soccer fields, canopied pavilion, refreshments to campers throughout the day, T-shirts and certificates provided to each day camper.
Fee: $185.00 for youth full day program. $85.00 for high schooler evening program.
Benjamin Figueiredo joins the staff at PRide FC to assist in coaching and specialty training. Coach Ben is currently the Assistant Coach for Mens Soccer at Roger Williams University. He is a longtime player and coach in Southeastern Massachusetts and , and brings his storied experience at all levels of soccer.
Figueiredo began attracting national attention for his abilities in soccer while attending () High School. During his senior season, he was named to the NSCAA/ Umbro All-American Team and was honored as the All- American Player of the Year.
Figueiredo also has experience playing internationally, as he competed with the U-15, U-16 and U-17 Portuguese National Teams. He has also played for Sporting Clube on their Senior Team, and with Sport Lisboa Benfica. Within the , Figueiredo played professionally for seven years with the Rhode Island Stingrays. He has additional local ties from holding past coaching positions at Bishop Connolly High School, LaSalle Academy, and the girls’ programs run through the Massachusetts Stingers of the Women’s Premier Soccer League. Figueiredo has earned a C License from the United States Soccer Federation, and has also earned a National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Pride FC Premier Soccer and Futsal Club announces the annual tryout dates for all soccer and futsal players interested in being rostered on the 2009-2010 teams. 
Pride FC is lead by USFF National Director of Coaches, Bill Sampaio of Tiverton, RI. Club wide specialty and skills training is directed by Coach Ben Figueiredo who is the Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer at Roger Williams University.
The Pride FC teams compete in Maple and Masc premier soccer leagues and in one of the local New England Futsal affiliate leagues. Practice facilities used by Pride FC for the upcoming year are based in Tiverton, Fall River and Swansea.
Pride FC is looking for motivated players who want to learn and play at the highest level of soccer and futsal competitions available in our area and encourage you to attend one of our upcoming tryouts for evaluation.
