The Nichols Family - quinnandean

I have pretty much stopped blogging and now only post photos. I saw that my last post on my other blog was in January!
I am going to try to put some more entries on here since I love the format of this site. It makes photo sharing so easy! (Do I sound like an ad?)

We have been busy this summer with Chris is Alaska for most of June, VBS at church, the 4th of July, a week in the Keys, a weekend women's retreat for me, and lots of other stuff! Personally, I am ready for the cooler weather or at least not a heat index over 100 and humidity of 99%!

Ean and Quinn are completely out of control all-most-three year olds! I am having a lot of trouble with the fact that they are turning 3. This is evident in the fact that I haven't even begun planning their 3rd birthday!
They talk and talk and talk. They say the CRAZIEST things! We are always saying to each other, "where did they get that from?"
We are working in potty training. We were making great progress while Chris was in Alaska and we were home most days. But with travel and weekends away, it has been put on the back burner. Also, I am pretty sure that the excitement of going potty has all but disappeared. They both use the potty a few times a day but there is NO consistency.
It is my goal to get serious with it and get it done.

Today I added some misc. photos. The boys lit the advent candles with us at church and we read scripture. It was fun and the boys did such a great job!!!
The last picture is of my first ever turkey! It came out great!!! I am quite impressed with myself!
Also, we are moving in a month to another suburb of Tampa. It is much closer to work, stores, restaurants, and everything! We are very excited about our new place!
