Range Master Gardener Volunteer Association - City of Hurley Flower Pots 2012

Hurley Flower Pots 2012

Each year, UW Extension, the City of Hurley, the Hurley Area Chamber of Commerce and the Hurley K-12 third grade students  get to-gether and plant flowers.  This year, Giovanoni Greenhouse donated the flowers for the project.

Range Master Gardeners and citizens from the community help the students plant flowers.

Downtown Hurley Flower Barrels Project 2010

The Range Master Gardeners instruct Hurley School 3rd graders in container gardening. This  program, co-sponsored with the Hurley K-12 School, the Hurley Area  Chamber of Commerce, and UW Extension Horticulture & Youth Assistant Maggie Callaham, allows local students to plant 64 flower boxes which are placed along Silver street, Hurley's main thoroughfare.
