Take a marker and mark where the screw holes are to be drilled.

To get an airtight seal around the speaker I used a clear silicone sealant. About $4 at CanTire.

Squeeze a thick bead around the edge of the speaker hole.

Drop the speaker in and line up the screw holes. Run your finger along the edge to fill in any air pockets with silicon
