Reka Peti-Reterdi is a  Los Angeles based freelance photographer from Europe. She was born and educated  in a country full of history and art. She did study Communication and French in order to become a teacher. She embraced different professions before getting into photography (teacher, guide, and reporter). A few years ago Reka developed a great enthusiasm for a new field. For her photography is not a job, it is a pleasure! She loves to be creative, capture something beautiful and unique and share this beauty with others.  She loves to travel, discover new places and cultures and never forget my camera at home. She takes memorable photos and capture spontaneous moments. Reka specializes in travel photography. As a full-time freelance photographer, and self-styled 'countryside Explorer', she decided to photograph the uncovered and hidden treasure, places and objects of 's great villages and cities.
Her passions include countryside life, folklore, traditions, and nature. Each summer she travels back to to take new photos in order to enrich her own photo books.
