Jamie, thank you for finding and sharing this with all "woodsers"...that they may find themselves... and others ... in the woods.
I was asked for a Gluten Free bread recipe. Here's one for Brioche- a great soft bread that is good for dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc. I have attached it. If you have questions please feel free to ask. Please note that you must use real vanilla extract, not immitation when baking for celiacs because imitation is made using a wheat process.
