Families come together in many different ways. Our journey has taken us down the path of adoption.
This journey has been a very emotional one for the both of us; and we can only imagine that this has been just as emotional for you.
When we first started this process, we did not know much about open adoption. Now that we do know more about this, we feel strongly that open adoption is a very positive thing for everyone involved as it allows a child to know their birth story which is a very important piece of their personal history.
We also understand that the decision you are contemplating may or may not be an easy one for you. Please know that if you should decide that you would like to make this journey with us, we want to make the level of openness one that you will be comfortable with.
