Hello! I am a breeder of the Australian Labradoodle. When I first began, I did extensive research for my breeding program. It was important to me to acquire only the finest foundation stock, with all of the best attributes of this remarkable breed - robust health, non-shedding allergy friendly coat, excellent conformation and movement, intelligence, and most importantly to me, an intuitive and gentle nature. I wanted my pups to become therapy and service dogs and friendly home companions.
I found everything I was looking for and more from Beverley Manners at Rutland Manor. My two girls arrived almost a year ago as pups, happy, wagging, vibrant, friendly, and well adjusted, from day one.
They have blossomed into sweet, gentle, people-oriented dogs, intelligent, strong and healthy, with gorgeous lush coats and flowing gaits. They are almost grown up now and will soon be ready to have litters of their own. We are also expecting a new little stud puppy to arrive from Rutland Manor in the next few weeks and I expect the same gentle temperament and perfect health from him.
Through my process of research and learning, Beverley Manners has always been right there for me, answering countless questions, responding promptly to my e-mails, with great insight and practical advice. She has always been direct and honest with me, which I value, because I never have to wonder what she means. I have learned a great deal from her, and I consider her to be a mentor to me. She has great strength and integrity, extensive knowledge in the field of dogs and breeding, a wonderful sense of humor, and faith in her fellow man. And, she loves her dogs. She cares for them with kindness, gentleness, respect, and love.
I support Ms. Manners and believe firmly in her breeding program. It is obvious to me that she has put her whole self into her dogs, to develop and protect the finest qualities of the Australian Labradoodle. She has truly given a gift to the world with these wonderful dogs.
