The people in the village often find a reason to come together and enjoy a good meal outside.

Eating and drinking...
It's a country of wine and therefore good wine is always around. To prevent people drinking too much, they use a 'porron

The old school
Saifores doesn't have any amenities like shops. Only during the village fair the old school is turned around into a bar.

The devils / los diablos
The anual fair (fiesta mayor) is opened with drums, fireworks and lots of smoke.

King and Queen / los reyes
Huge puppets with people inside dance on medieval music.

Human castles / los falcones
Los falcones (hawks) form another type of human towers. Less high (only 5 layers instead of up to 10) and a bit safer.

The Catalan national sport isn't bullfighting. Instead they prefer putting themselves into danger building human towers.
