Four St Thomas Military Academy cadets were awarded a saber and medals by the St Paul Reserve Officers’ Association. In the picture, left to right, are LTC N.G. Mortensen, presenting a saber to Cadet Captain Philip F. Siefert, Sergeant Charles R. Murnane, Corporal Frederich Van Bergen and Private Daniel W. Leonard. The last three were presented medals.
