Info on the 2012 Seed & Poultry Swap!

Welcome in the Spring with a fun and FREE networking event on the farm... Bring your collection of seeds, seedlings, divisions, bulbs, or cuttings to trade with other gardeners. Get a great collection going before seed starting season really takes off!

Every year growing your own food becomes more popular. This is the ideal place to find and share heirloom veggies, herbs, fruits, and old fashioned flowers. Trade your seed catalogs, Meet new friends that share your passion for gardening, and learn something new.

Saturday March 10th, Rain or Shine.

10am-2pm at Back Bay Botanicals in the Pungo section of Virginia Beach.

There will be a poultry swap as well as day old chicks available to purchase. The famous "Rent-A-Chick" program will be available for city kids who want to join in the feathered fun.

The event is open to anyone interested in growing their own food, from first timer to Master Gardener to full-fledged farmer!
