My name is Sherry and I'm a published author as well as a fitness & travel specialist. If I'm not spending time with my family, teaching Bootcamp, Zumba or Kickboxing, I am visiting schools to motivate children to read and write, doing book signings, or leading groups around the world with QueensLander Tours (www.qltours.com). I think that you make life what you want it to be and the only limits are those that you set for yourself.
I believe in trying to help others and a couple of my larger travel projects include a CRUISE FOR THE CURE (to benefit all of those amazing breast cancer survivors, as well as breast cancer research and awareness) and various fitness cruises (i.e. Boot Camp Fitness Cruises).
I also do a lot of volunteer work with children, which has earned me several awards and award nominations. I have been featured on the local news, had interviews on world-wide radio networks, and travel extensively.
Information on my weekly fitness classes as well as the books I have written are listed below.
FOR A LIST OF MY BOOKS, PLEASE SEE BELOW.
WORKOUTS
If you live in Colorado, please contact me at sherry @sherrymoore.net (remove space) for directions and details. Please join us for Bootcamp and/or Zumba!
ZUMBA
Zumba takes Latin dance moves and creates energizing and fun cardio workouts. You don’t need to know how to dance – it’s for fun and an awesome way to burn calories! Their slogan is, "Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!" You can also visit www.Zumba.com to learn more about it - or just come and check it out!
BOOTCAMP WORKOUTS
Whereas Zumba is an hour of all cardio, Bootcamp workouts are often outdoors and encompass muscle & core training, endurance, balance/stability, and cardio. It is a full body workout that challenges you to become stronger, more agile, tone and get fit! The ladies in my class often comment at how amazed they are at how fast they have seen results with both weight loss and toning.

I had the wonderful priviledge of working with John Spencer Ellis, Jesse Judd and Shannon Barbato for awesome Boot Camp Cruise events. I met amazing and wonderful people and was incredibly inspired by these great fitness leaders!
I am looking forward to working with them in the future!
I am also very blessed to be friends with Tamilee Webb, the creator of Abs of Steele and Buns of Steele. She has also been a great inspiration to me and to my fitness goals.
Thank you also to Gilad, who I met while in Hawaii. He is a wonderful person and I was so proud when he was indicted into the Fitness Hall of Fame!
