You are coming along beautifully as a chef. One suggestion on the photos: I'd remove those that aren't absolutely exquisite: so, e.g., remove the ones of the lobster; the once of fish on the bed of spinach; the one with big blobs of pesto on asparagus; the one of the poached eggs. They detract how beautiful the other food photos are. :)

Artie, you are too much! I love seeing the spread in the photo, but more importantly, I especially loved tasting some of your sous vide recipes. Are we going to be card carrying members?
