Studio/Workshop
I'm looking for a 3 or 4 photographers who are interested in finding a studio/workshop in the salt lake area to shoot and work out of. I've had three other studios over the past 15 years and never thought it made sense for just one photographer to be working out of a studio. Not really looking for a co-op of tons of people. Mostly interested in working with others who make their living with photography. If anyone knows of anywhere or if you're interested in talking about the idea please let me know!
Business Logo
Does anyone have a recommendation for a graphic designer? Or how to find a moderate-priced one? I need a logo for business cards and other uses.
Thanks, GF
Suggestion for Nature Shots...
I got this email today, and figured it would be best to post here because some of you know of some great spots... mind sharing??
Hello Renee. I belong to the Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society in NE Ohio (www.cvps.org). I will be visiting SLC for the first time in early November and have been looking for shooting locations for nature photography. I know the scenery is wonderful but since I have never visited SLC, I was hoping I might get some suggestions on where to go for some nature shots. I only have a couple of time slots available, late Monday afternoon and maybe one morning slot.
I came across your SLCphotoclub and was hoping you might be able to offer some quick advice on locations.
Here is my portfolio on betterphoto to give you an idea of how I shoot: http://www.betterphoto.com/Premium/default.aspx?id=232812&mp=V1
Any suggestions welcome. Thanks so much for your time.

Blessings to you.

Place in SLC / Valley for negative scanning?
Hi,
So the other forum isn't being used anymore?
I have tons of old 35mm negatives from the last 25 years I want to get scanned in. I was hoping someone could recommend a professional photography business in the area that will do this with excellent quality and proper handling. . . ???
Thanks!
