Re: [Southborough Advisory Committee] Meeting scheduled?
Hi Donna,
I just went to Town Hall to check the posted meeting schedule. As I thought, Advisory does not have a meeting posted for tonight. The only meeting on the board for us is on the 25th. I will send you a copy of the agenda if you like. The meeting above mine was posted for tonight. Maybe you just misread it.
Thanks
John Wood

According to the list of posted meetings displayed next to the door of the Town House, you were/are scheduled to meet tonight at Cordaville Hall (either 7 or 7:30, I don't remember).
Also FYI, the TMLAC was also scheduled to meet tonight at same place. I had assumed you might even be meeting together but a TMLAC member told me they weren't meeting as far as she knew.
You can imagine this is very frustrating to people trying to follow what you are doing and even wanting to attend a meeting.
I hope there's a way you can prevent this from happening. I decided not to go to one or two meetings to find out no one was there. Hoping I didn't miss anything.

Hi Donna
I have no idea why there is is a meeting posted in Town Hall for tonight.  The only meeting that should  be posted is for next Monday the 25th. I will look into it and get back to you as quick as I can.

I've been reading minutes, yours and the TA committee. It looks like any part of their proposal that describes your committee's relationship with the TA and/or Selectmen has been set aside for further discussion, presumably because you were not satisfied with it as it is.

Is that correct assumption?

When will there be a discussion of this rather glaringly absent section? Please time, date, place when ...

Other quesion: There's a piece by John butler on "Principles for anew budget process" which has no date. Did the A/C discuss that? Or perhaps that's part of the disicussion with the selectmen?

Thanks very much.
