The Springdale Chicks is adding COMPETITIVE fastpitch softball players to fill in spots on our 2009 roster for next year's 14U travel team.  This team will be made up of girls born in 1994 and 1995.

We have girls from our current 12U and 14U teams that will come together in January for this team.  These are girls that have been with our organization for two years and are accustomed to playing softball almost every weekend.  A few additional top notch players are needed to complete this group.  Players should bring a high level of intensity, be willing to make a long term commitment and expect to play a LOT!!

Tournaments are primarily played in NWA, NE Oklahoma and Joplin.  Only a few tournaments are played in other areas including working toward World Series tournaments.  Girls play with us from all over NWA plus OK and MO. 

If you have the skills, drive, commitment and team oriented attitude to make the Chicks your new home, please contact us for tryout information.  Our "season" is almost year round with practices beginning in January and tournaments running from March through October.

We are a "fee free" organization in regards to tournament fees and uniforms, etc.  Instead we use team fundraising events.  Parent/daughter commitment for practices, games, community work, fundraisers and Pitch for the Cure is a must!  We are a community oriented organization that strives to teach softball and positive life skills to our players!
