The Full Automatic Water-saving Steam Car Wash is the latest product with new

conception of

Environment-protective. The machine helps to promote the trend of environmental

protection and

also saves the resource. Since steam became the key to the product, it brings a whole new

concept

to substitute the traditional car washing system, and it works thoroughly against

pollution, such as

Sewage. Therefore, the dirt discharge system is not essential any more. Not only the

machine works

as a external car wash, but also it disinfects the inside of cab. Normally, it only costs one

liter of

water and one degree of electricity during the car washing process. The product is easy to

operate

while it is praised to have longer life, higher safety and reliability; the machine itself is

less bulky,

so it enjoys greater degree of mobility.

The steam car wash works on the principle that it combines the power of water pump and

the

electromagnetic valves to fill the water from the tank to the vessel, and it transforms

water to steam

by warming the radiator. The machine is ready to work as soon as the steam reaches its

pre-set

pressure.

Switch on power

give an alarm. Water pump and electromagnetic valve in chassis are simultaneously

opened to add

water in water tank into pressure vessel. Three liquid level sensors with different height

being

marked as No.1, 2 and 3 are set up inside the vessel, when water level touches No.1

liquid level

sensor

start working, heating indicator will display; when water level touches No.3 liquid level

sensor

water pump and electromagnetic valve will stop working

heater will continue to work. Now, when pressure gauge displays 0.8Mpa, pressure

switch will

switch off, electric heater will stop working, heater indicator will go out, car washing

begins. Water

pressure is lower than 0.7mpa, electric heater procedure will be actuated until pressure

reaches

0.8mpa. Water in water tank also decreases with water replenishing; when water level of

water tank

drops to water tank liquid level sensor, water tank water depletion indicator will be on,

alarm starts.

At this moment, water should be immediately added into water tank. When steam and

water mixing

function is necessary, start steam and water mixing function button, both water pump and

electromagnetic valve 2 will start working to put water in water tank into steam pipe

water and

steam will be simultaneously sprayed. When using this function, in the case of requiring

water

replenishing resulting from water depletion in vessel, switchover will be automatically

conducted,

water replenishing will be preferred. The quantity of water from water and steam mixture

will

become smaller

normal.

The steam car wash is less bulky, light weighted and high in

mobility.size:880×660×440mm .Once

the power is turned on, its full automatic process will be accomplished. During the car

washing

process, and the dirt discharge is not required. Other distinctive qualities of the steam car

wash are

engine cleaning and internal cab beautification. The product also unleashes advantage in

winter, as

it will still work as normal even when the temperature is down to -30

winter

problems. It is approved by the authority that only one liter of water is required for one

time

washing process, which saves 60 to 100 liters of water; no added washing liquid is

needed and it

does not generate any sewage and other pollution; the inside high temperature steam kills

gems and

bad smells effectively.

1. The buyer must install leakage proof switch which is

40; then

connect the socket properly to the floor.

2. 1) the first protection -- the pressure vessel is produced by using 3-4 mm 316 stainless

steel; the

designed pressure is 8 Mpa, and the actual pressure is 0.6-0.8 Mpa.

2) The second protection -- during the process, when the pressure reaches the pre-set

pressure,

the pressure switch would be cut off automatically and the heater will stop working. The

pressure

maintains within the pre-set range.

3) The third protection -- when the pressure excesses the pre-set pressure, the safety valve

will

initiate the pressure reducer automatically.

The steam car wash is small and it saves space. Once the power is turned on, the machine

will enter

the status of full automation. The only thing users need to pay attention at is that, when

tank lacks

of water, the alarm will beep.

5. Resource-saving

Unique design, ---- the medium and water will be expanded to 1600 times after the

heating up;

water will transform to steam while the pressure reaches 0.7 mpa. The performance of the

car

washing will be at its best by using pressure and 60-70 degree steam. It saves large

amount of water,

as it only costs one liter of water to wash one car which saves 60-100 liters of water

comparing to

the traditional car wash. There is no added washing liquid required. Moreover, it would

not generate

any sewage and other pollution, also the high temperature steam helps to kill gems and

bad smells

effectively.
