I am looking to put together a Field Day Committee for our upcoming event on June 8, 2011. This is a school wide event for grades 1 thru 5. The change in our elementary schedule and the absence of my partner, Mr. Orlando, make this coming Field Day a huge undertaking for myself. The committee's primary responsibilities will include setting up after school the night before, early set up on Field Day, getting volunteers to help run stations, assigning those volunteers to teachers and events, and posting information on the school website. If you can commit your time and energy to this committee, please email me at gmerlino@hvrsd.org. I would need your commitment by Nov. 28th, so I can move forward with planning this event.
Thank you,
Mrs. Merlino
