   4:30-5:30 set up tables, decorate, Prepare drinks

   Approx 7:00 pm help tear down and clean up gym

   -Parents that take pictures at sporting events please contact me (dpflanz@binghamton.edu) and I will set up your account so you can add pictures right to the website.
