Swan Lake Park Civic Association is officially a Neighborhood Watch community. The block captains for Lake Drive are Jo-Anne and Lori-Ann Walters. They can be reached at 631-730-3378. Block Captains attend the monthly Neighborhood Watch police meetings held at the Fifth Precinct. If you need to report any issues or suspicious activities, please contact our block captains.
