The SYA CARDINALS '00G RED / FCV '00 will represent FC Virginia, the local Elite Program competing on the national level.
Also the SYA CARDINALS '00G RED / FCV '00 compete in the recently formed VCCL, a Virginia wide league that includes the best clubs in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Effective in the Fall of 2013, FCV ’00, will be formed and compete against some of the top U13 girls teams from the Mid-Atlantic region in the "Pre-ECNL".
The Elite Clubs National League, Inc. (ECNL) was founded to enhance the developmental experience of female youth soccer players in the United States. ECNL provides a comprehensive development mechanism for Players, Coaches, and Clubs, as well as an elite competitive environment with meaningful games against the best players and teams in the country. Additionally it affords the opportunity to connect elite players, coaches and clubs. FC Virginia is one of only 66 elite clubs in the nation to participate in this league.
FC Virginia focuses on year-round professional training that will develop players to their greatest potential, focusing on player development and exposure to the highest level of competition with the goal of preparing players for the collegiate game.
