Embers Pups at 6/7 weeks
The puppies are weened at this point, however they still try to nurse Ember when she is with them. She growls at them now, to tell them that they shouldn't still be nursing. They are learning to respect their mom and often end up just playing chase with her and having a good time. The pups are scheduled to be spayed/neutered this next week. We will keep you posted about how things go and let you know when it is done and that they are fine. They go home in just another week or so. 8 weeks is just right around the corner. It won't be long now!!! Those that are getting a puppy from this litter should go ahead and order the Life's Abundance dog food I have been telling everyone about. The link to the food is on the home page of our website. There is also a link on this shutterfly site as well.
You should be thinking about all the things that you will need for your new puppy. I will send an email to those who need it, with a check list to help you out. If you plan to come pick up your puppy or have it shipped, you need to bring a small collar and a leash or lead. If you are traveling back with your puppy in the airplane you will need a small soft-sided airline approved pet carrier. Also bring a towel or travel crate for your puppy to travel home in either on your lap or in the crate. The lap is preferred. LOL We will be sending you links to other useful information about grooming techniques, tools, ear powder etc. And as always if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to call or email us. Oh, and don't forget to send up lots of family pics with your new puppies....
Week 5
Embers puppies are very active and growing fast. They will be going in next week for their first set of shots etc. They love going outside each day and playing only to be followed by a long nap. Ember is spending less time with the pups each week and can now enjoy time away from them without the pups worrying about it. Everybody is a happy camper...
Week 4
The puppies are venturing outdoors now. Today was the first day of their field trip to a fenced in place with a little sun and shade under the the palms. Our others dogs and Maya's puppies were able to meet them & greet them through the fence and the puppies throughly enjoyed their little adventure today. We will be taking them outside now on a regular basis weather permitting for more Doodle romps in the grass. I attached several new pictures from todays outing so please enjoy them too. They are very adorable and have beautiful red fleece coats.
Week 3
Embers puppies breezed right into 3 weeks growing strong and getting vocal. They are walking around on their own very well and verbalizing with their siblings and their mom when they are hungry or want her attention. Ember continues to be the perfect beautiful mom that she is. Puppies will start being weaned this weekend onto milk replacement formula that we mix up by hand from scratch.
Week 2
Embers pups are now 2 weeks this last Thursday. They are still very dependent on their wonderful mom who continues to feed them and clean them. Puppies eyes have started to open. How cute they are... More pics to come.

2. Stronger Heart beats,
3. Stronger Adrenal glands,
