And now its June...
Where is the hot weather!? Geesh! Anyways, now much new here! I signed Alexis up for the summer semester for Gymnastics, so we are excited about that. We are going home next month for a couple weeks and are super excited we miss everyone a lot!! Then about a month after we get back to CO Chris will be home, yay! Very excited to decorate the house and the whole homecoming thing! We have missed him a lot. Alexis is getting bigger every day and has a nice little temper that goes along with it, she is definately her daddys daughter!! Anyways, thats all from here, hope you all are well!
Our first entry
Hi everyone!! Welcome to our new site. I figure with us being so far away from all of you, we should do this to keep everyone up to date with us! Its now the middle of May, and Chris is scheduled to be home in just a few short months! We are very excited.
Alexis is 13 months old now, and is a little energizer bunny. She finally popped her first tooth a couple weeks ago, and still jut has the one. She is a big ham, and her new thing at the moment is waving to EVERYONE. She also goes to the Little Gym for gymnastics. She LOVES it, and has been learning a lot!
We got some news a few days ago, and Chris now has orders to go to Drill Sergeant School at Fort Jackson, SC. He reports 01/10/10 and finishes up 03/18/2010. Which, in other words, means we will be relocating again! We don't know where yet, but we will be going to a post that does basic training (SC, OK, GA, KY, MO) We are not sure if we will try to sell the house or rent it out. We have lots to do when Chris comes home!! He is excited, but it will mean long hours on his part (not that he isn't used to that being deployed every other year!)
Anyways, thats all for now!! We miss you all very much, and are planning a trip home the beginning of July for a couple weeks.
