What are the HOA dues at The Hearth?

The Highlands Ranch Community Association dues are $125/qtr. or $42/month. This allows for access to all 4 recreation centers. In addition to the HRCA dues, there are Hearth subassociation dues of $22/month which includes trash sevices and maintenance of the community common areas.

Total Dues = $64/month at The Hearth

Will you sell the model homes?

Yes, they are currently available for purchase. You will have the opportunity to purchase the model furnished as a package or with simply wall coverings. Pricing on models, furnished and unfurnished are available upon request.
