Walk for Independence 08

The Walk for Independence was held at the majestic Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora. It was a hot and sunny day with approximately 175 in attendance. With Corporate Sponsors added to donations that day we raised a total of $36,500 and money is still coming in!

Independence Award

Donna Gibson receives Independence Award!

Donna has made a huge difference in many of our families’ lives. In fact, she has certainly kept our children alive longer. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that our children get the equipment they need, has come up with creative solutions when traditional options won’t work, and most importantly – has gone above and beyond in exploring and researching new options, collaborating with care teams, and establishing treatments for our “respiratory at risk” children. It is without doubt that because of Donna – our son Ben is still alive and living a very happy life.
