Catching Up
Hello All! I haven't updated this in some time. Lola is 19 months old and tonight we went to her first "gymnastics" class. They should have just called it, "Mommy chases me around for an hour" class! I am beat, but she adored it.
A few weeks ago, we went to North Myrtle Beach with my mom and Lola had a great time playing in the sand. She loved chasing sea gulls, and we are looking forward to taking her to the beach this summer too.
I will spend some more time updating pictures and blogs for you this week. My classes at the community college (I teach at two) have ended, and summer classes don't start up again for another week, so I will have some time to write.
We love you and are thinking of you!
Love,
Tara, Robert, and Lola

Hi All,
Hope this finds you well. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a splendid New Years.
We had a fantastic Christmas with Lola. This year, she tore through presents and got so excited. Rob and I decided not to give presents to each other, and instead, spoil the heck out of Lola. We were quite successful at that, by the way.
As some of you may know, Robert bought Lola a little foam house (called Foam Sweet Home) when I was about six months pregnant. We gave it to her for Christmas, and it was a big hit! It is so cute.
I will update you again soon and try to attach some more pictures after the holidays are over.
Love,
Tara, Rob, and Lola

Lola
Lola is doing wonderfully these days. She is going to "school" two mornings a week at First Presb. Church in Salisbury, and she loves it. She doesn't cry when I leave anymore. She just pushes me out of the way so she can go play with her little friends.
Lola adores the Christmas trees in the house (we put up three this year). We are so looking forward to Christmas with her this year. She is going to love unwrapping presents!
We will be in touch soon. Sending love to you all.
Lola's Birthday
We had an amazing time on Lola's first birthday. As a wonderful way to celebrate, we had many of our friends and family over to our house. We had an ice cream truck deliver ice cream to everyone, Rob served at his bar, and the kids bounced in a bouncy castle for hours. It was great to catch up with everyone.
I know that Lola will not remember this day, but it sure was special, and we were so happy to celebrate it with people we love.
