Thank you for visiting our adoption website! We're hoping that this site will give you a glimpse of our family...who we are, why we want to adopt and how much fun we have together.

We’re Jamie (the dad), Heather (the mom), and Griffin (the hopeful big brother)—a down-to-earth, faith filled team that has lots of love to share. We’re looking forward to growing our family and joining with you through this adoption journey. We live on a lake in central Minnesota and are close to family, both in proximity and spirit. Heather’s mom and dad (Poppa and Nonna) have a cabin across the lake from us...which means lots of boat rides, tubing, and playing on the swing set! Jamie’s parents live a short hour away; his dad’s farm is full of adventure for Griffin, his cousins, and Griffin’s future sibling.

We are approved for domestic infant adoption through Lutheran Social Services and are hoping for an open adoption.

We are hopeful that together, we can turn two difficult situations into a blessing.

Why do we want to grow our family through open adoption?

We love being parents! We've always dreamed of having 2 or 3 children (or more!) and want to share our lives with more kids. We've struggled with infertility, including four pregnancy losses. It has been a difficult road, but one that strengthened us as well. After much prayer, thought and discussion, we feel that adoption is the right choice for our family. We have lots of love to share and are looking forward to growing our family through open adoption!
