Yes, I noticed how blood thirsty Padraig was when he had a chance to get within 1 shot but overshot 18, blew the chip, and bogied the hole. This in contrast to Tiger who made up for a poor chip yet still drained a 12 ft par putt from the fringe.Tiger by 5 or 6 in the final round.This might be your only reply inasmuch as noone else gives a shit, and if they do they can't figure out how to leave a comment.

PGA, Tiger, & Paddy

Since they did not hand Tiger the trophy Thursday afternoon, and decided to play the last three rounds anyway, I'd like to put my two cents in on the newspapers, tv commentators, and other media members.  A COUPLE OF GOLFERS HAVE NOT YET CONCEDED.  One in particular, my good friend Padraig Harrington.  Sure, I'm going out on a limb since they have yet to tee off on the final round today, but knowing that he is wearing my autograph on his hat just reminds him not to quit until the fat lady (Oprah or Kirstie Alley) sings.  We don't quit trying to get a ticket at a Notre Dame game, we don't quit hitting the third green at Glenwoodie with sciatica, we don't quit when we have to make a measurement at bocci ball, and we don't quit because Tiger Woods has been annointed PGA champion, like the way Lovie Smith annoints Bear starting players.  Just because the media did everything except tell us how many squares of toilet paper Woods used when he showed up on Saturday doesn't mean it's over.  Paddy and I spoke last night, he won't have to call me today, and I offered him an honorary membership in TNAC to kick the Tiger's tail today.  Let's hope he shows us what that is worth.

First golf North 09' March 23rd

Tom, Greg, Mike and myself braved howling north winds and temps in the 30's to play Glenwoodie. Surprisingly, (and mercifully numb) we completed 18 holes without windscreens.
