Built in 2009 to a very high standard, Turtle Beach House has three air-conditioned bedrooms and will accomodate 6/8 people. You will find Turtle Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on St Kitts, with great coral reef snorkelling, just a few steps from our garden. Also nearby are Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Sandy Bank Bay and South Friar’s Bay, all stunning beaches to explore and enjoy.
Some of the best eating places are within walking distance, or a short car drive - Reggae Beach Bar & Grill, Spice Mill, Lion Rock Bar, The Pavilion, Ship Wreck Bar and Grill and Carombola. See the Restaurants section for more details.
The house has the most breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset, and sits in a private gated garden with a gazeebo, 22ft infinity swimming pool, plus a large pool deck and verandah where you can sunbathe or eat al fresco at the huge teak table.
With three air-conditioned double bedrooms, everything is provided to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

Get away from it all in luxury
Turtle Beach House covers an impressive 4000sq ft, and includes the spacious living area (24ft x 18ft) which is beautifully furnished with vibrant soft furnishings.
Wide patio doors open on to the large decked verandah where it's a delight to dine or sunbathe on the sunloungers. There is a large infinity edge swimming pool off the pool deck, where you will also find an outside shower and granite topped bar area. The whole house gives a wonderful feeling of space, through which the Caribbean breeze drifts, providing a natural cooling effect.
If you need contact with the outside world, there is a desk with wireless broadband access and a land line telephone in the study area, plus cable TV, with a DVD player, CD player and ipod dock in the lounge.
The gorgeous fully fitted kitchen (15ft x 15ft) is big enough to eat in, or you can pass drinks out to the bar on the pool deck. And for those necessities in life there is a utility room with fridge freezer, a large capacity washer, a separate dryer and a double utility sink.
There are three air-conditioned double bedrooms on the first floor.
The impressive master bedroom features a 6ft wide mahogany four poster bed (UK Super King Size / US King Size) with a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a large walk in glass block shower and double Jacuzzi bath. There is also a separate toilet, and a washroom with double basins set in a granite counter top, and a walk in closet leading off the master bedroom.
The second and third bedrooms both have double 5ft wide pocket sprung beds (US Queen Size / UK King Size), and each has ample wardrobe and plenty of storage space. These bedrooms both have air conditioning, overhead fans, wooden wall vents on either side of each room and fantastic vaulted ceilings.
There are also two 5ft sofa beds in the lounge which could sleep a further two adults, or numersous children!

Chidren are welcome at Turtle Beach House, and for smaller people there is a play pen and a travel cot available for your use.
Having four young children of our own who regularly visit the house, you'll find various pool toys, kites, bats and balls, and board games to help keep them occupied.
Nearby Turtle Beach is a great place for kids to explore and play. The water is perfect for novice swimmers, or for those more advanced, there's the reef to snorkel over and discover beautiful fish, lobsters and if you're really lucky a friendly turtle or a ray
Other popular activities for children on the island include horse riding, jet skiing, hikes and zip lines in the rainforest, quad biking, and loads more (see 'Things to Do' for more details)

If you want to really take things easy, and have someone do your cooking and keep the house in good order during your, this can easily be arranged, leaving you more time to relax and enjoy your time on St Kitts. Please contact us for details of charges.

Turtle Beach is 6 miles from Frigate Bay, and 9 miles from the capital of St Kitts, Basseterre and St Kitts airport.
The drive to the South Peninsula is absolutely breathtaking. Once you drive up Timothy Hill and leave the hubbub of Frigate bay's bars, restaurants, condos and golf course, you'll have a view of both the Atlantic and Caribbean on either side of St Kitts where the island slims to less than 1/2 mile. The drive will take you through this unspoilt gem of a Caribbean island, with lovely panoramic views of the sea, hills and sister Island Nevis. Please not that the roads on St Kitts are not kept the the standards you might be used to in the US, Canada or the UK!
The unique location of Turtle Beach really does make it the perfect retreat for those wishing to get away from it all.
