The directions to Two Creeks from Hot Springs in the earlier post are wrong.From Hot Springs you take Hwy 25-70 toward Newport.Normally you'd take a LEFT(instead of the right in the earlier directions) on Hwy 107,on the The 15th Rd,etc.

 

BUT,the bridge over the French Broad River between Hot Springs and the left turn at Hwy 107 will be closed for 2 to 3 yrs. as of April 10.The correct detour is to take the left turn at the Fugate Rd. immediately before the closed bridge.Follow the Fugate Rd.,which parallels the French Broad River on the other side of the river  from Hwy 25-70.At the end of Fugate Rd. you are in Del Rio.Take a left on Hwy 107 ,go about a mile,cross RR tracks.Another right on Old 15 Rd.1/4 mile down Old 15th Rd,Catnip Rd is on your right.Two Creek Campground is at the end of Catnip Rd.
